If you’re looking for a security company or a “night watchman’s position” where you can relax on shift, sleep on duty or watch TV and have very little responsibility, we definitely are NOT the company for you; you might want to try our competition. We expect professionalism. We need employees that will help the security industry grow in a direction that represents a positive image.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, able to pass drug tests, criminal background checks, FBI national fingerprint check, have valid Texas identification, Social Security card, and must be able to be licensed by the State of Texas Private Security Board. You must have a valid driver’s license, working phone, reliable transportation (not the bus or train), and you must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nightshifts if requested to do so. No dishonorable military discharges, No felonies or A/B misdemeanors are accepted at this company. We will NOT hire ex-law enforcement officers that have been terminated for cause or forced to resign from their department.

Many applicants call and proudly say they have been in the security business for years, however most have not been trained properly, frequently, or at all. With the old DPS-PSB Level 1 & 2 testing and training process, being what it was (online at home), and the new Level-2 course only being 3-4 hours and often given to you by a prior employer, we consider this very little to no official training. As such, our company minimum requirement (just to apply with us) is that you must have proof of completion of a Level-3 (30 hour course), whether you intend on becoming armed or not, we want to ensure you have received that much needed training given by a training academy; furthermore, we highly encourage you to seek all available training and certificates offered to security individuals.

Your first impression starts with your application, please keep that in mind. We have developed an online application for your convenience; follow the link, download it, print it out and mail it in, once complete. We do not allow “pop visits” or unscheduled appointments at any time – we cannot stress this enough; our procedures are in place as to not impede with the day- to-day operations of the company. We generally contact applicants after the application has been screened, you meet the criteria the client has requested, you’re able to perform and work the hours we need, and you meet our basic qualifications.
